Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Field Service professional to install and support video applications at client sites, including In-Car Video and Body Worn Camera hardware. You will train end users and work across Windows/Linux environments, adapting to cloud-based or on-premises deployments as required.

Candidates should have 3+ years in field service, strong networking skills, and the ability to obtain government background clearance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher plus 3+ years in LMR, RF, or public safety IT.
• CompTIA Certification(s).
• Ability to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers.

Responsibilities

• Carry out major and minor installations and support Motorola Video applications at client sites.
• Windows/Linux/Cloud-based deployments per client need.
• Develops and implements efficient, cost-effective solutions; evaluates system specs.
• Install and support In-Car Video and Body Worn Camera hardware.
• Train end users on end-to-end video system usage.
