Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a field service professional to install and support video applications at client sites, including Azure cloud, Linux, or Windows environments. You will train users, provide expert guidance during deployments, and work with partners to implement hardware solutions.

This role requires 3+ years in field service, strong networking and IT skills, and a valid driver’s license with willingness to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Field Service environment.
• Experience with Networking is required.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel up to 75%.
• Ability to install and/or configure hardware and/or software for Video Products.
• Must be able to obtain a background clearance for government customers.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Major and Minor installations and support Motorola Video applications at client sites (Azure cloud, Linux, or Windows).
• Develop and implement efficient and cost-effective solutions.
• Evaluate system specifications for business requirements.
• Prioritize business goals with management.
• Train end users on end-to-end video system usage.
• Provide consultation to partners or customers during deployments.
• Assist IT resources to resolve IT functional issues including networking and server maintenance.
• Generate technical deployment reports.
