Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Field Service professional to install and support video applications at client sites, including Azure/Linux/Windows environments. You will train users, provide expert consultation, and ensure IT and networking readiness for deployment of in-car video and body-worn camera hardware.

The role requires 3+ years in field service, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 75%.

Formación

• Good communication skills, verbal and written.
• Must have extensive computer use experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Field Service.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out Major and Minor installations and support Motorola Video applications at Client sites.
• Develops and implements the most efficient and cost-effective solutions.
• Install and support In-Car Video and Body Worn Camera hardware.
• Train end users on functionality of end to end usage of the video system.
• Provide consultation and expert advice to Partners or Customers who are executing hardware deployments on behalf of Motorola Solutions.
• Work effectively in IT environments and support customer IT resources.
• Generate technical field trip reports and deployment documentation.
