Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Field Service professional to install and support video systems at client sites, including Azure/Linux/Windows environments. You will train users and provide expert guidance on hardware deployments for partners or customers.

Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 75%. The role requires 3+ years in field service, networking experience, and the ability to navigate high-security CJIS policies while delivering cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with 3+ years in LMR/Radio or IT fields.
• CompTIA Certifications required.
• Background clearance for government customers.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Major and Minor installations and support Motorola Video applications at Client sites. These can be Azure cloud based, Linux based, or Windows based depending on the customer.
• Install and support In-Car Video and Body Worn Camera hardware.
• Develops and implements the most efficient and cost-effective solutions.
• Evaluates system specifications for business requirements.
• Works closely with management to prioritize business goals and information needs.
