Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to install and support Video products at customer sites, including In-Car Video and Body Worn Camera hardware. You will train end users and provide expert advice during deployments, working in Windows/Linux environments and coordinating with customer IT teams.

Applicants should have networking experience, strong computer skills, and at least 3 years in Field Service.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with Networking.
• Must have extensive computer use experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a Field Service environment preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and work in high-security environments.

Responsibilities

• Carry out major and minor installations and support Motorola Video applications at client sites.
• Install and support In-Car Video and Body Worn Camera hardware.
• Train end users on end-to-end usage of the video system.
• Provide consultation and expert advice to Partners or Customers during deployments.
• Work in IT environments and assist customer IT resources with networking and server maintenance.
