Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Field Service professional in the United States to perform major and minor installations and support Motorola Video applications at client sites, which may be Azure cloud, Linux, or Windows based depending on the customer.

The role includes installing and supporting In-Car Video and Body Worn Camera hardware, training end users, and delivering deployment documentation; travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher with 3+ years in LMR, RF, or related fields.
• CompTIA Certifications.
• Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers.

Responsibilities

• Carry out major and minor installations and support Motorola Video applications at client sites (Azure, Linux, or Windows based).
• Develops and implements efficient and cost-effective solutions.
• Evaluates system specifications for business requirements.
• Works with management to prioritize goals and information needs.
• Install and support In-Car Video and Body Worn Camera hardware.
• Train end users on end-to-end video system usage.
• Provide consultation to Partners or Customers deploying hardware.
• Support IT environments and assist customer IT resources with networking and server maintenance.
• Generate technical field trip reports and deployment documentation.
