Motorola Solutions is seeking a Field Service professional to install and support video products, including In-Car Video and Body Worn Camera hardware, across client sites in a high-security environment. A background clearance is required for government customers, with relocation possible and a base salary in the $75,000–$85,000 USD range.

Qualifications

• Experience with networking in professional settings.
• Extensive computer usage across various platforms.
• 3+ years in a Field Service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and support video hardware and software deployments at client sites (Azure, Linux, Windows).
• Provide training to end users on end-to-end video system usage.
• Offer consultation and expert advice to partners or customers deploying hardware.
• Work in IT environments and assist customer IT resources with networking and server maintenance.
• Generate technical field trip reports and deployment documentation.
