Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install and support Video Products at client sites, including In-Car Video and Body Worn Camera systems. You will train end users and provide expert consultation to partners during deployments, ensuring IT environments run smoothly with networking and server maintenance support.

The role requires 3+ years in field service, strong networking skills, and the ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with Networking.
• Must have extensive computer use experience.
• 3+ years of experience working in a Field Service environment preferred.
• The ability to travel up to 75%.
• Ability to install and/or configure hardware and/or software for Video Products.

Responsibilities

• Install and support Video Products (In-Car Video, Body Worn Camera) at client sites.
• Train end users on end-to-end usage of video systems.
• Provide consultation to Partners or Customers executing deployments.
• Work effectively in IT environments and resolve IT functional issues including networking and server maintenance.
• Generate technical field trip reports and deployment documentation.
