Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years in clinical field service or medical device support.
• Experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex equipment.
• Ability to travel up to 75% within the territory; English communication skills.

• Install, commission, and upgrade medical equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, software, and system issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and system performance evaluations.
• Execute equipment repairs, modifications, and engineering change implementations.
• Provide technical guidance and operational training to clinical and customer teams.
• Document service activities, technical findings, and corrective actions accurately.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical support teams to resolve complex customer challenges.
• Build trusted relationships with customers through responsive and professional service.
