Zusammenfassung

Medtronic plc is seeking a Robotics Clinical Specialist to drive the successful integration of the HUGO robotic system in hospitals. The role requires coordinating surgeon training, program development, and staff education, with over 75% travel across the country and a remote-working setup.

Location: Orange County, CA, with travel across the country. This is a fully remote role with extensive field engagement and collaboration with hospital teams to ensure program success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of clinical, sales or related experience OR Advanced Degree with 0 years of related experience.
• Ability to relocate to a major implementation site is required.
• Willingness to travel throughout your country (>75%).
• For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Aufgaben

• Integrate Medtronic HUGO RAS-system into a hospital and new or expanded robotic program.
• Meet with robotic program stakeholders to set goals and metrics.
• Coordinate surgeon training and proctored cases.
• Support staff training and attendance at off-site trainings.
• Travel >75% across the country to support programs.
• Coordinate with field service engineers and hospital staff to prepare OR.
• Track milestones to demonstrate value of pilot site.
