Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years in customer support, mechanical/electrical field service.
• Experience with troubleshooting, maintenance, repair of technical equipment at customer sites.
• Ability to travel ~50% within/Outside territory and maintain safety documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, verify, and service CST Imaging and Surgical Robotics systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues to restore performance.
• Maintain service records and coordinate with customers and internal teams.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to distributors and customers as needed.
