Medtronic is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Surgical Robotics to lead the direct sales of the Hugo Robotic System across a designated territory. This remote role requires travel to multiple accounts, aligns with MIS expansion, and emphasizes building hospital partnerships to drive adoption and revenue.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, strategic selling, and experience with complex capital equipment in a hospital setting, with strong engagement of executives and clinicians.

Formación

• High School Diploma with 10+ years sales experience, or Associate's degree with 8+ years, or Bachelor's with 6+ years in medical sales.
• 3 years of dedicated capital complex selling required.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes and sells Medtronic's Medical/Scientific Equipment within an assigned geographic area and/or specific accounts to meet sales targets.
• Develops targeted sales strategies and business cases with hospital executives to support purchasing decisions.
• Builds long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals and hospital leadership teams.
