Job summary

United Imaging - North America is seeking a remote field service engineer based in Toledo, OH, to support installation, maintenance, and repairs of diagnostic imaging systems across the US. You will collaborate with Customer Care and regional teams to ensure rapid, high‑quality service and customer satisfaction.

The role requires travel up to 75%, a technical associate degree, proven field service experience with imaging equipment, and strong IT skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with diagnostic imaging equipment (MR/CT/PET-CT/X-ray) preferred.
• Field service experience managing a geographic territory is a plus.
• IT skills including Windows, Microsoft Office, and network connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level on-site service support that delights customers and sets a benchmark.
• Collaborate with Customer Care Center to troubleshoot, maintain and update designated products.
• Assist with new product launches and training in the US market.
• Install UIH diagnostic imaging equipment within the geographic region.
• Pursue UIH Professional Certificate training and certifications as needed.
