Job summary

United Imaging - North America is seeking a remote field service engineer to support diagnostic imaging systems across the United States. The role requires up to 75% travel, installation, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance in hospitals and clinics.

You will collaborate with the Customer Care Center and field teams to ensure rapid issue resolution, performance optimization, and high customer satisfaction. A technical degree and IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or technical equivalent required or preferred.
• Familiar with imaging equipment (MR, CT, PET-CT, X-ray) and related hardware/software.
• Field service experience with geographic territory management preferred.
• IT skills including Windows, Office, and network connectivity are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service support and strive to exceed customer expectations.
• Coordinate with Customer Care Center for troubleshooting, maintenance, and updates.
• Support new product launches and act as a technical liaison for customers and third parties.
• Install UIH diagnostic imaging equipment within the designated geographic region.
• Attend training courses and work toward UIH Professional Certificate.
