Job summary

United Imaging - North America seeks a remote field service engineer to provide top-level service support for diagnostic imaging systems across the United States. You will collaborate with regional and HQ teams for troubleshooting, maintenance, and product updates, while embracing new technology to enhance customer satisfaction.

The role requires extensive travel (75%), strong communication skills, and the ability to install and train on UIH equipment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with diagnostic imaging equipment (MR, CT, PET-CT, X-ray) preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level on-site service support that delights customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Care Center to troubleshoot, maintain and update products.
• Adopt new technology while leveraging core strengths in service and support.
• Contribute to first-of-a-kind medical imaging system launches in the US market.
• Build competence in providing technical assistance to customers.
• Escalate issues promptly to ensure quick resolution and satisfaction.
• Install UIH diagnostic imaging equipment in designated regions.
• Attend overseas and US training for UIH Professional Certificate.
