Avante Health Solutions seeks a Field Service Engineer to troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and verify the performance of diagnostic imaging equipment. This remote role requires travel to customer sites within the territory and timely response for service calls.

You will collaborate with service teams, provide preventive maintenance, and resolve issues per OEM specifications while upholding company values and safety standards. A cover letter and resume are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with 2–4 years of medical imaging repair experience.
• Experience with Linac/diagnostic imaging systems is preferred.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time and work remotely.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary onsite support engineer for assigned territory for contract, warranty, and billable calls.
• Communicate with Service Support to provide follow-up information and close issues.
• Perform routine Preventive Maintenance (PM) and diagnose/repair system failures.
