Job summary

Avante Health Solutions is seeking a Field Service Engineer (FSE) to provide frontline support for diagnostic imaging equipment in the Greater Memphis Area, TN. The role involves troubleshooting, repairs, calibrations, and preventive maintenance at customer sites with regular travel to assigned territories.

Ideal candidates have an Associate degree in a relevant technical field and extensive experience with Philips/Siemens CV/CT imaging systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in biomedical, electrical/electronics, or computer engineering technology or equivalent
• Minimum six years of Philips/Siemens CV/CT diagnostic imaging troubleshooting and repair experience
• Advance troubleshooting knowledge across multi-OEM, multi-modality field service is a plus

Responsibilities

• Onsite support for customers within assigned territory for contract, warranty, and billable service calls
• Coordinate with Service Support team to close issues and share updates
• Travel to customer sites to diagnose and repair equipment and perform preventive maintenance
• Reload software and replace hardware to restore OEM specifications
• Generate system sales leads and train teammates on equipment
