Avante Health Solutions is seeking a Diagnostic Imaging Field Service Engineer (FSE) in the Washington DC area. The role supports frontline service for CT/MR/ultrasound systems, diagnosing, repairing, calibrating, and verifying performance while traveling to customer sites.

The FSE works remotely with travel up to 50–75% and may relocate to the DC area. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and team collaboration are essential to maintain OEM specifications and ensure high customer

Qualificações

Associate degree or equivalent in biomedical/electrical/electronics or computer engineering tech.
Minimum six years of Philips/Siemens CV/CT imaging troubleshooting and repair experience preferred.
Advanced troubleshooting across multi-OEM/multi-modality field service is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Onsite support for contracts, warranty, and billable calls within territory.
Communicate with Service Support to close open calls and share detailed information.
Provide PM services and repair/diagnose equipment to OEM specifications.
Travel to customer sites for diagnosis and repair, up to 50–75% of time.
Train and disseminate knowledge to the organization about equipment and processes.
Support ISO 13485:2016 and QMS compliance and participate in on-call rotation.
