Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in biomedical/electrical/computer engineering tech.
• Six years of Philips/Siemens CV/CT diagnostic imaging troubleshooting/repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Onsite support for contract, warranty, and billable service calls in territory.
• Coordinate with Service Support to close calls and share updates.
• Maintain professional customer communications aligned with company values.
• Diagnose and repair ultrasound systems and perform PM services.
• Travel to customer sites; respond to issues within required timeframes.
