Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform service, repair and installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites, with remote work flexibility from Los Angeles and territory coverage across Southern California, Colorado, and Utah. Role requires a biomedical/mechanical/electrical engineering background (or related STEM) and a willingness to travel ~35%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Associate's degree with 2+ years experience or military training accepted
• Equivalent military training accepted for relevant STEM roles

Responsibilities

• Meet daily service/repair needs with basic troubleshooting, installation, preventive maintenance and repair of designated equipment.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure resolution and follow-up; use documented processes to drive satisfaction.
• Generate service sales actions and quotes for service agreements, parts, upgrades or equipment leads.
