Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service, repair and install products at customer sites, reporting to the Area Service Manager within the Hardware Solutions team. This role is fully remote to cover Philadelphia area, Upstate NY, Western PA and Southern NJ, with travel up to 55% and a valid driver’s license required.

Qualified candidates have a relevant engineering degree or associate degree with field experience, strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills, and a willingness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent STEM.
• Associate degree with 2+ years’ experience diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical/electromechanical/electronic equipment.
• Equivalent military training accepted.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily service/repair needs and drive customer satisfaction through service excellence.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, installation, preventive maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
• Drive service growth via sales actions for service agreements, parts and upgrades.

Education

Bachelor’s in BME/ME/EE

Associate degree + 2+ years experience
