Job summary

Cytiva, part of Danaher, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service, repair and install equipment at customer sites, performing electrical and mechanical testing under maintenance contracts. You will respond to support calls, ensure site readiness and drive customer satisfaction through service excellence.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related STEM field) and the ability to travel up to 35% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
• Equivalent military training or Associate's degree with 2+ years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Technical: perform service, repair and installation of equipment under contracts.
• Customer Service: maintain communication with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead Generation: drive service business growth via quotes for service agreements, parts, upgrades and equipment leads.
