Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, repair and service life sciences equipment across the Philadelphia area, with remote work options for eligible roles. You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and drive service sales for parts and upgrades.

Requires a degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or related STEM field, plus 0–2 years of experience; willingness to travel up to 55% and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field.
• Equivalent military training.
• Associate’s degree with 2+ years’ experience diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily service and repair needs by troubleshooting, installation, preventive maintenance and repair.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure resolution and follow-up.
• Drive service business growth through opportunities for service agreements, parts, upgrades and leads.
