Responsibilities

• Meet daily service/repair needs by diagnosing, installing, maintaining equipment; order spare parts as needed.
• Maintain regular customer communication to ensure issue resolution and follow-up.
• Drive service-related sales actions: quotes for service agreements, parts, upgrades, and consumables.
