Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
• Equivalent military training or Associate's degree with 2+ years experience considered.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills with hands-on hardware experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform service, repair and installation of Cytiva equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct electrical and mechanical testing and preventive maintenance under maintenance contracts.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and accurate follow-up; document actions.
