Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
• Equivalent military training OR Associate's degree with 2+ years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily service/repair needs with focus on customer satisfaction.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and follow up to resolve issues.
• Drive service business growth through sales actions for service agreements, parts, upgrades, and leads.
