Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service, repair and install products at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, under maintenance contracts. The role covers Indianapolis and surrounding areas with a remote work option.

You will respond to support calls, maintain parts inventory, and drive service growth. Qualifications include a biomedical, mechanical or electrical engineering degree (or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Equivalent military training OR Associate’s degree with 2+ years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform service, repair and/or installation of Cytiva products or IT solutions at customer sites.
• Communicate with customers to ensure issue resolution and follow‑up.
• Generate service leads and drive service business growth (contracts, parts, upgrades).
