Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service, repair, and install products or IT solutions at customer sites, with a focus on delivering service excellence. You will communicate with customers to ensure resolution and follow-up, and drive growth through service agreements, parts, upgrades, and leads.

The role supports travel up to 35% within the US, with a remote work option and a salary range of $68,000–$71,000 plus bonus eligibility. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 1+ years of field service, maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting of mechanical/electromechanical/electronic equipment.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, install, and perform preventive maintenance on laboratory/biotechnology equipment using established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure resolution and follow-up.
• Drive service business growth through sales actions for service agreements, parts, upgrades, and equipment leads.
