Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service, repair, and install products at customer sites under maintenance contracts. The role includes troubleshooting, inventory management, and driving service growth.

Travel up to 35% is required, with a remote-work option for eligible roles. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related STEM field, or equivalent military training, plus 1+ years in field service or related work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field; or equivalent military training; 1+ years in field service/maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Technical: meet daily service/repair needs, install and maintain equipment, perform preventive maintenance and parts inventory control.
• Customer Service: maintain regular communication with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, follow documented processes.
• Lead Generation: drive service growth through sales actions for service agreements, parts, upgrades, and equipment leads.
