Job summary

Cytiva is hiring a Field Service Engineer to service, repair and install products at customer sites. You will perform electrical and mechanical testing, preventive maintenance, and repairs under maintenance contracts.

The role includes opportunities to generate service sales and expand customer relationships. Requires a Bachelor's in Biomedical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related background, with travel up to 35%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, OR equivalent military training OR Associate's degree with 2+ years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily service/repair needs by driving customer satisfaction through Service Excellence: basic troubleshooting, installation, preventive maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure resolution and accurate follow-up; use documented processes and root cause analysis to resolve issues.
• Drive service business growth through sales actions for service agreements, parts, upgrades and equipment leads.
