Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher company, seeks a Field Service Engineer to service, repair and install equipment at customer sites across New England. You will perform electrical/mechanical testing, preventive maintenance and manage spare parts, in line with maintenance contracts.

The role is fully remote (based in Massachusetts) with up to 35% travel, offering a salary range of $68,000–$71,000 plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related STEM field or equivalent military training.
• Associate's degree with 2+ years troubleshooting/repair experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily service/repair needs and ensure customer satisfaction through service excellence; perform basic troubleshooting, installation, preventive maintenance and repair; manage spare parts inventory.
• Maintain regular communication with customers for timely resolution and accurate follow-up, using documented processes and root-cause analysis.
• Drive service business growth through sales actions for service agreements, parts, upgrades and equipment leads.
