Job summary

Cytiva in the United States is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service, repair and install products at customer sites, with up to 35% travel and remote-work eligibility. You will diagnose, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on laboratory equipment, and help grow service business with parts and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related STEM field or equivalent military training.
• 1+ years of field service, maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting of mechanical, electromechanical, or electronic equipment.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, install, and perform preventive maintenance on laboratory equipment using established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily service/repair needs and drive customer satisfaction through service excellence.
• Maintain regular communication with customers for issue resolution and follow-up.
• Generate service business growth through sales actions for service agreements, parts, upgrades, and equipment leads.
