Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Field Service Engineer 2 to install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain our robotic-assisted surgery products across a defined territory. The role requires electro-mechanical expertise, strong customer service, and the ability to work with HIPAA-compliant procedures.

Responsibilities include system inspections, software updates, on-site installations, and ensuring service level agreements are met.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Field Service Experience preferred.
• Proven troubleshooting of electro-mechanical systems preferred.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Strong administrative and record keeping skills.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and move wheeled objects up to 1,200 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all Intuitive products within territory.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair products within designated timeframes.
• Coordinate and perform system and hardware delivery and installation.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and OR protocol knowledge.
• Complete administrative duties including inventory and expense reports.
