Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Field Service Engineer II to deliver installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair support for diagnostic solutions. This role is remote within the assigned territory and reports to the Regional Field Service Manager, ensuring instrument performance and customer uptime across the region.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of field service experience or a science degree with relevant hands-on experience, and can travel up to 90%
Competenze
- Associates degree with 3+ years of field service experience or related field; OR Bachelors Degree in Science with 1+ year of experience; OR equivalent military experience.
Mansioni
- Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Leica Biosystems diagnostic solutions, applying advanced technical expertise to resolve complex issues.
- Manage service execution within the assigned territory, prioritizing customer needs and ensuring optimal instrument performance and uptime.
- Serve as a technical resource to customers and junior Field Service Engineers, supporting escalations and driving sustainable solutions.
