Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Regional Field Service Manager to lead a team of Field Service Engineers across NC and DC. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, strong service execution, and continued growth with close collaboration with Sales, Applications and Service Coordination.

The position is remote/field-based in the North Carolina and Washington DC area, with up to 75% travel, and reports to the Director, Field Service West.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of field service or related experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience leading customer-facing or field-based teams.
• Experience managing customer escalations and ensuring service delivery.

Mansioni

• Drive customer satisfaction and service execution with timely, high-quality calls and installations.
• Lead, develop and retain a high-performing team of Field Service Engineers.
• Partner with Sales, Applications and Service Coordination to support growth.
• Own regional service performance through Daily Management and KPI review.
• Address customer escalations and improve overall service performance.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to ensure seamless field execution.
