Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Field Service Engineer II to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair diagnostics solutions. The role requires up to 90% travel, primarily domestic, with a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

You will work remotely within the assigned territory, supporting instrument performance and uptime while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence.

Competenze

• Associate's degree with 3+ years of field service or related hands-on troubleshooting experience.
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical, electromechanical, electronic, or instrumentation systems.
• Ability to work independently across customer sites, manage competing priorities, and drive customer satisfaction and instrument uptime.

Mansioni

• Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Leica Biosystems diagnostic solutions.
• Manage service execution within the assigned territory, prioritizing customer needs and ensuring optimal instrument performance and uptime.
• Serve as a technical resource to customers and less experienced Field Service Engineers, supporting escalations and sharing expertise.
• Collaborate with technical support, applications, commercial, and service leadership to implement sustainable solutions and improve customer outcomes.
