Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or relevant degree in Biology, Chemistry, or STEM fields.
• Or equivalent military training; OR Associate's degree with 2+ years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily service/repair needs and ensure customer satisfaction through service excellence.
• Maintain regular customer communication to resolve issues and provide updates.
• Drive service business growth through actions for service agreements, parts, upgrades, and leads.
