Abbott Diagnostics is seeking a remote Field Service professional to support customers across the United States, with up to 50% travel. The position requires residence in the Birmingham, AL area and a valid driver’s license.

You will install, maintain and troubleshoot instruments, document resolutions, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality service. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (Biomedical/Engineering preferred) and strong customer interfacing skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must reside in the Birmingham, AL area.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Experience interfacing with customers is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site support to Abbott Diagnostics customers.
• Installations, preventive maintenance and updates.
• Troubleshoot instruments and resolve customer issues.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and other functions.
• Document issues and maintain quality system compliance.
• Travel up to 50% and provide after-hours support as needed.
