Job summary

Avante Diagnostic Imaging is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide support for diagnostic imaging equipment in the Raleigh/Durham area. This remote role mandates travel approximately 50-75% of the time for customer site diagnostics and repairs. Successful candidates will have an Associate’s degree in a related field and experience with CV/CT equipment. Qualifications

• Experience with troubleshooting and repairs of diagnostic imaging equipment is desirable.
• Must have the ability to travel 50-85% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support by resolving customers’ concerns with diagnostic imaging equipment.
• Travel to customer sites to diagnose and fix issues.
• Lead training and ensuring high levels of customer support.
• Maintain compliance with relevant quality standards.
