Job summary

Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent in biomedical/engineering technology is required.
- Minimum six years’ Philips/Siemens CV/CT diagnostic imaging troubleshooting and repair preferred.
- Advanced troubleshooting across multi‑OEM, multi‑modality field service is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary onsite support engineer for customers within the territory.
- Coordinate with Service Support to provide updates and close issues.
- Maintain professional, high‑level customer communications.
- Diagnose and repair imaging systems, reload software, replace hardware as needed.
- Travel to customer sites up to 50–75% and perform PM services.
- Escalate issues per Avante procedures and train others on equipment knowledge.
