Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Marketing or related field
• 3+ years in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies with track record delivering results
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% within territory
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Achieve top-line sales targets based on division and local market goals and objectives
• Establish, develop, and maintain key relationships with end-user partners and manage user contracts and programs
• Teach and mentor the local market team on End User development and purchasing processes
• Partner with Channel Marketing to implement and coordinate marketing initiatives
• Maintain and use Salesforce.com as a CRM and planning tool and communicate outcomes to improve processes
