Riverside Insights LLC is seeking a Regional Partnership Manager to drive growth in the Texas region, focusing on renewing, upselling, and cross-selling Riverside Clinical products to school districts and educational teams. You’ll visit customers, attend conferences, and build strategic plans in a high-visibility territory.

You will act as a subject matter expert for clinical products, requiring credibility with clinicians and strong consultative selling skills, with travel up to 25% to meet

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in school psychology or related areas.
• Master’s degree in School Psychology or Special Education.
• 3-5 years of outside (field) sales experience with a quota record.
• Strong discovery-led, consultative selling skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by securing logos and cross-selling.
• Run proactive renewals and manage renewal planning.
• Develop value-based cases for pricing discussions with district decision makers.
• Execute territory plan aligned with departmental objectives.
• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and improve forecasting.
• Build product expertise and present solutions to customers.
• Travel to meet customers and present demos in person or via Zoom.
• Share industry insights to inform sales strategy.
• Grow in business development and territory management through coaching.
