Job summary

Riverside Insights is seeking a Regional Partnership Manager to drive revenue growth in the Clinical segment. You will lead strategic sales across an assigned Texas territory, focusing on renewals, upsells, and cross-sells of Riverside Clinical products with clinicians and evaluation teams.

You will build partnerships, develop a territory plan, and leverage HubSpot CRM for forecasting. The role requires up to 25% travel and clinical credentialing expertise is valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside field sales experience with quota attainment.
• Strong discovery-led, consultative selling skills and CRM forecasting.
• Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight trips and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by securing logos and expanding partnerships.
• Run proactive renewals and plan six months ahead to protect renewals.
• Position premium solutions with district decision-makers using outcomes data.
• Create and execute a territory plan aligned with goals and adapt as needed.
• Maintain accurate pipeline in HubSpot to improve forecasting decisions.
• Build product expertise across Riverside's clinical offerings for credible demonstrations.
• Travel within the territory to meet customers, present solutions, and attend events.
