Job summary

Riverside Insights is seeking a Regional Partnership Manager to drive revenue in a field-based role across the U.S. You will secure new logos, renew and expand existing partnerships, and deliver value to district decision makers.

The position requires clinical knowledge in education and travel to conferences and districts. You will manage renewals, build strategic plans, and demonstrate Riverside’s clinical products with clinicians.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in school psychology, special education, or diagnostic assessments.
• Master’s degree in School Psychology or Special Education.
• 3–5 years of outside (field) sales experience with a quota track record, ideally selling to school districts.
• Strong discovery-led, consultative selling skills, including pipeline management and forecasting.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly, including overnight travel and some weekend travel for conferences.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth: secure new logos, expand partnerships, and cross-sell Riverside Clinical products.
• Run proactive renewals: plan renewals 4–6 months ahead; monitor adoption, usage, and risk to protect renewals.
• Build the value case: use discovery and outcomes to justify premium solutions and pricing discussions.
• Execute territory plan: align with departmental objectives and adapt strategies as needed.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline in CRM to improve forecasting and decision making.
• Develop product expertise to ensure high customer satisfaction and effective product presentations.
• Meet customers in person and at conferences; respond to questions/quotes within 24 hours.
• Stay informed about industry trends and share insights to inform sales strategies.
