Job summary

Riverside Insights is seeking a Regional Partnership Manager to drive revenue growth across the United States. The role focuses on renewing, upselling, and cross-selling Riverside Clinical products within an assigned territory.

You will travel to meet customers, attend conferences, and build credibility with clinicians and district leaders. This field-based position offers ownership, a structured sales rhythm, and opportunities to learn and grow with coaching from leadership.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in school psychology, special education, or diagnostic assessments.
• Master's degree in School Psychology or Special Education.
• 3-5 years of outside (field) sales experience with quota attainment.
• Strong discovery-led, consultative selling skills with CRM pipeline management.
• Willingness to travel regularly including overnight travel for conferences.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by acquiring new logos and cross-selling.
• Run proactive renewals with planning and risk tracking.
• Present value cases and negotiate with district decision makers.
• Execute territory plan and monitor progress with adaptable strategies.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM and improve forecasting.
