Job summary

Riverside Insights seeks a Regional Partnership Manager for its Clinical business. Based in the United States, you will lead strategic sales across an assigned territory, renewing and expanding Riverside Clinical products with school psychologists, educators, and evaluation teams.

You will be the clinician's trusted advisor and product expert in field settings, conferences, and renewals. You will drive revenue growth, build durable partnerships, and forecast pipeline while traveling up to 25% of

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in school psychology or related fields with credibility for practitioners.
• Master's degree in School Psychology or Special Education required.
• 3–5 years of outside (field) sales experience with quota attainment.
• Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight trips and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by securing logos and expanding partnerships.
• Run proactive renewals with renewal planning 4–6 months ahead.
• Make a solid value case through discovery and ROI discussions.
• Execute territory plans and monitor progress against targets.
• Keep the CRM pipeline accurate to improve forecasting quality.
• Build product expertise and present solutions in person or via Zoom.
• Sell in the field with travel to conferences and customer meetings.
• Develop thought leadership and strengthen regional market insights.
• Advance skills through training and manager-attended meetings.
