Job summary

Riverside Insights is seeking a Regional Partnership Manager to drive revenue in a field-based role across a designated territory. You will lead strategic sales for Riverside Clinical products through renewals, upsell and cross-sell, building relationships with school districts and clinicians.

You’ll manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and own renewal plans while traveling to meet customers at districts, conferences, and onsite events.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in school psychology, special education or diagnostic assessments.
• Strong discovery-led, consultative selling skills including pipeline management, forecasting, and closing.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly as a core part of field sales, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by securing logos, expanding partnerships, and cross-selling.
• Run proactive renewals with renewal planning 4–6 months ahead and monitor adoption and risk.
• Build the value case using discovery and outcomes to justify premium solutions and pricing discussions.
• Execute a disciplined territory plan aligned to objectives and monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate CRM data (HubSpot) for forecasting and decision-making.
• Present and demo Riverside products in person, at conferences, and via Zoom within 24 hours.
