Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Trades Specialist to drive sales in the Dallas, TX territory as a remote team member. You will cultivate relationships with end-user partners, manage contracts, and align efforts with product management and distributors.

The role requires field sales experience and the ability to travel up to 50% within the territory. Qualified candidates have a 3+ year background in construction supply sales, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of Sales or Marketing experience in Construction Supplies with a proven track record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve top-line sales targets based on division and local market goals.
• Establish and maintain relationships with end-user partners and key accounts.
• Teach and mentor local market teams on End User development processes.
