Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; construction field experience could substitute.
• 3+ years of sales/marketing experience for construction supplies with a track record selling to executives.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% within territory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Achieve top-line sales targets based on division and local market goals by selling brand products to end-user customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain key relationships with end-user partners and manage contracts and programs.
• Teach and mentor local market teams on end-user development and purchasing processes.
• Partner with Channel Marketing to implement and coordinate marketing initiatives.
• Maintain and use Salesforce as a CRM and Planning tool.
• Communicate successes and failures to streamline future efforts.
