Daimler Truck North America is seeking a remote-based Parts Sales Specialist to enhance dealer and distributor performance across a national territory. You will analyze data, advise on pricing and service programs, and collaborate with dealer principals to align with corporate aftermarket standards.

Your role involves extensive field visits, training support, and developing sales initiatives in line with DTNA programs and tools.

Qualifikationen

• L4 DPM responsibilities include managing a large territory and meeting national aftermarket standards.
• Strong sales background and ability to travel 50%+
• Familiarity with data-driven analysis and reporting

Aufgaben

• Improve operational performance of parts department at dealers/distributors.
• Initiate methods to change dealer/distributor behavior to meet national standards.
• Conduct operations audits and provide corrective-action recommendations.
• Develop relationships between Dealer/Distributor Principal and Parts Manager.
• Collaborate with Dealer Principal to align with aftermarket goals.
• Provide field intelligence to headquarters on program effectiveness and market trends.
• Advise dealer/distributor personnel to achieve marketing and financial goals in parts.
• Promote and develop dealer/distributor parts sales programs.
• Support and deliver on-site training and HQ programs as required.
• Serve as technical consultant on company and dealer/distributor systems activities.
